This villa is located on a small island close to the North Icelandic town of Akureyri and is a very elegant property on two floors. Ideal as a summerhouse the property can be used all year round and it is only a 15 minute ferry ride from the mainland. The house has 130 m2 of living space with spacious rooms and a terrace with hot tub and massage. The island is Iceland's second largest and has been inhabited since Viking settlement. Both the island and mainland have various activities including river and sea fishing, golf, skiing and horse riding.
The old stone mill is a ruin ready to restore. It would be possible to make a two bedroom cottage with an extra separate small building outside along the stream. There are plans available for a potential project. Half way down the garden there is a little stone house of 10 m2 to reform. It is approximately 45 minutes to Nice airport and 30 km to Monte Carlo.

Located on the rim of Laguna de Apoyo this cute little cottage sits on 7,400 m2 of land boasting some of the best views in Nicaragua. Only 20 minutes from Granada and moments from the charming, craft villages of Diria and Catarina, also known locally as los Pueblos Blancos, the views, biodiversity and sheer beauty of Laguna de Apoyo are why the area is a proposed World Heritage site.
