Ideal as a rural tourist property or for keeping livestock. This large country estate is in quiet area in the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche, between Sevilla and Portugal, near Aracena. It is a typical Andalusian “dehesa”, one million square meters of gently rolling hills, covered with cork and stone oaks leaving big enough areas for growing a great variety of produce. There are two farm houses, one completely renovated and the other renovated to a lesser degree but liveable. There are also seven barns which could be turned into tourist accommodation.

Nothing has been spared to provide maximum comfort for the guests: underfloor heating, double glazing, satellite TV, WiFi, completely equipped kitchens and much more. There is a central rustic dining room connecting to the comfortable library. All permits for the buildings and the operation for rural tourism are in place.

The reservoir is connected to the village by a canal which forms part of the main parcel and a bridge built, for the railway line which originally serviced the mining community, crosses the river that passes through the property. Every 8 to 9 years the farm produces about 450 “quintales” (22.500 kgs) of cork. There is an old farm building in need of extensive restoration and at some distance from the main house two stables and animal storage buildings. Situated 9 km from the village of Santa Olalla del Cala.
