Molino del Tejar is a very unusual restored property once the home of a famous Spanish painter.

The property has total build of 718 m2 with two houses, in addition there is a store room and boiler room. The main house has large hall-lounge, rustic kitchen, a number of bedrooms, bathroom and the painters studio left exactly as it was before Jose Hernandez died. The second house is ideal for renting or for the family.

Situated just 5 minutes from the town of Villanueva del Rosario and 30 minutes inland from Malaga. The town has all possible amenities including schools, medical centre, many shops and small businesses, bars and restaurants.
