The cortijo, completed in May 2005, is a modern home but built to reflect the traditional style of a cortijo farmhouse. The design can easily be organised to include a self-contained annex.

The stable block provides at present two large stables, store room with fireplace, and separate store with large lean-to attached which is big enough for a further stable.

There are currently two fenced paddocks (one could be used as a training arena) and the stable area itself is fenced.

There is mains electricity to the main house and two wells provide water. Internet connections are available. Sky satellite dish and further dish providing television services.

For walkers and horse riders the surrounding area provides kilometres of tracks to explore, with breathtaking views of lakes and mountains to the south. The beautiful hilltop town of Arcos de la Frontera, with it's narrow whitewashed streets, is one of the 19 Pueblos Blancos, and is a 10 minute drive away, providing all your shopping needs and with a regular Friday market.

Cadiz province is bordered by Malaga, Seville and Huelva provinces and this provides easy access to a whole host of wonderful places to visit. There are four international airports within easy driving distance.
