A 75 acre farm with 35 acres of young olive trees, 2,000 almond trees and two cave houses. In addition to the income of the olives & almonds the property is ideal for rural tourism by letting out on of the caves.
CAVE 1 is an oasis of pine and olive trees and is in perfect condition. 200 m2 of living area comprised of entrance hall, large kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and pantry. There is another bedroom with direct access from the hall, two large rooms, one of these rooms with fireplace and billiards.
The cave has electricity, private well water & telephone. Outside is a garden with gazebo, barbecue and swimming pool.
CAVE 2 was built in 2001 and is located approximately 150m away from cave one. It is accessed by a beautiful avenue of olive trees on either side of the lane and features ornamental lighting.
The cave is around 200 m2 and has rustic floor tiles throughout. Comprised of kitchen, pantry, cellar, two living rooms, one with fireplace three large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms.
The cave has a large stone facade, carport, ample car parking, garden with swimming pool, gazebo & barbecue. Electricity & private well water are connected.
The property has approximately 75 acres of which 35 acres are planted with young olive 20 years mostly and others around 25 years. The olives are Picual variety and installed with automatic irrigation drip, single standing and ready for harvesting by an olive machine. There are about 7 acres with approximately 2,000 almond trees and the rest is flat land and has grants for olive and almond trees.
Hunting on the farm is in abundance with partridges, rabbits and hares.
The farm has private well with an inexhaustible flow of about 13 l. per second. This water is pumped to an existing marsh in the highest part of the farm with a capacity of 1 million litres, also has rights to another well.
Accessed by a land of approximately 2 km in good condition. Situated in a privileged location just 5 minutes from the A92 motorway which connects Granada with Malaga.
