Some of these roads have a barrier with chain to prevent the entry of people outside the farm.
Of the 482 hectares there is a meadow south of 9-10 hectares in front of the house best for agriculture and within this land there is a good percentage around 50,000 or 60,000 m2 deep soil with irrigation water. The most abundant of the springs, is somewhat removed from the house, in the midst of a forest of almost 400 hectares. It has an easy agricultural use because of its great inexhaustible flow. It has been verified with exactitude, in normal conditions it must give around the million of litres per day, (about 12 l./s.), which may give even more during the melting season. With this flow, it is possible to study the possibility of implanting a water bottling spring.
The estate lies in the Sierra de Segura about 900 meters above sea level and enjoys a year round temperate climate.
The property is accessed from the next village on a 9 km well maintained forest track. There is excellent horse riding and ample space for keeping all kinds of animals.
