Finca la Semana is a 954 hectare licensed big game hunting estate and incorporates twelve farms with over 27 buildings dotted across this vast country estate.
The majority of which were constructed using beautifully coloured local stones, sadly few of these buildings remain intact due to neglect but the 'print' size of each of the farms suggest that all of the main farm houses would make a four to six bedroom dwelling with additional out buildings to convert to smaller dwellings (1 or 2 bedroom chalets).
The agricultural land through the valley produces vast quantities of onions, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, sweet corn, lettuce and there are also many grapevines.
The quality of the soil is extremely rich and as it's fed by mountain water Nitrate contamination would be non existent (soil analysis would be required for an organic certificate).
There is an abundance of water available and all the farm land has irrigation from water deposits, irrigation channels, wells or more modern irrigation pipes laid on the surface of the land to trickle feed when required.
The property has a big game hunting license which is a rare commodity to find now, this allows the hunting of wild boar & deer as well as the usual small game hunting of partridge, hares and pigeons.
