A very large country estate and hunting preserve of 450 hectares within 10 minutes of the city of Granada. There is approximately 12.5 km perimeter.

Access to the property is completely paved road to the entrance and within the farm all roads are paved to the main house, gate house, warehouse and outbuildings.

There are excellent views from the property overlooking the city of Granada, the plain, the entire metropolitan area and the Sierra Nevada in the background.

The terrain is generally soft rolling hills, reaching a peak of 1,251 meters minimum 909 meters. The vegetation is oaks, scrub, bush, pine reforestation and crops. There are about 2000 olive trees and 2500 almond trees on the farm located at the southern edge of the property.

Hunting activities for wild boar, mountain goat, rabbit, hare and fox. Also wildcat, weasel and genet and protected species. Numerous species of birds including red partridge, wood pigeon, doves, crows etc

The main house is built at an elevation of 1,000 meters and 800 meters from the entrance gate to the finca. It is illuminated and has an automatic entry gate and video entry operated from the house. It is newly built and has underfloor heating, air conditioning and is square in shape with a 400 m2 courtyard with paving and units around.

It is more than 1,100 m2 built with six bedrooms all with dressing rooms and bathrooms. Spectacular 100 m2 living room and 500 m2 which houses the hunting trophies and for meetings.

In addition there is an office, cellar, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, dressing room and meeting room. 150 m2 porch where the bar is installed, barbecue and oven.

There are more than 10,000 m2 of gardens and lawns, two pools, guard house 100 meters from the main house which is 160 m2 built with three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, pantry. Second guard house at 1,100 meters elevation located in the center of the estate 120 m2 built.

The farm is completely enclosed with hunting mesh high strength and anchored to the ground to prevent the animals escaping. Inside there are numerous walking paths throughout the estate totalling more than 28 km. The road runs around the perimeter.

The property has sewage disposal, water softener and chlorination to purify water from survey. Electricity transformer station with sufficient capacity to power supply housing facilities and household appliances. Anti-poaching alarm which detects shots fired into or from the inside of the farm, even with silencer, fitted with a series of sensors and repeaters that activate remote consoles installed in the homes of the guard.

The preserve big game is fully legalised by the Junta de Andalucía.

The farm is located in the province of Granada within 10 minutes of the A-44 north of the city from Jaen and Madrid and also connects to the city of Granada. The A-92 is the western access to the city of Granada from Seville and Malaga and also connects to Granada airport which is 29 km from the property.
